June 1978, Colorado Springs, Colorado:
This is a work in progress.

I asked Him what I should do, what did He make me to be?

Who, What, When, Where and Why did this vision happen?

Who received the vision? » Ruby Brookshire had the vision.

What was the vision? » The Lord showed the word "Author."

When did this vision occur? » In the spring of 1978.

Where were Ruby and I when she had this vision? » In a 24-hour restaurant in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Why? » Because I asked Him what I am here for, what should I do, and what did He make me to be?

V. Why did I ask Him?
I was at a point in my life where I did not know what I should do.
The plans which I had made did not seem to be working out.
The woman that I loved and married forever was gone, dead to me.
The career I had set my mind towards seemed to have fallen through.

I simply did not know, and I know that I have no faith ... but I remembered what I was told:
"Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you." [Matthew 7:7 KJV]
"Wheresoever two or more are gathered in my name ... and whatsoever they ask ...."
"For whosoever He foreknew them He also predestinated; and whosoever He predestinated them He also called; and whosoever He called them He also justified; and whosoever He justified He also glorified ... What say we then brethren? If God be for us who can be against us?
"Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you."

IV. Where did He answer me?

III. When did He answer me?

II. What was His answer?

I. Who did He my answer?
